  • Let's do this, hey? Guys fired up, man. Things are happening in Kovi. There is an energy. There's a buzz. The feedback is coming from the wow testimonials is off the charts.
  • The Our Lto for the Gobi cards is once again just amazing. You guys did a great job promoting these cards. We sold more govey cards. We had one of our best weekends since we've been in business.
  • because of you guys like getting fired up and getting excited. I always say, hey, the best product in direct sales is the one you're most passionate about when you are most excited about.
  • And, guys, man, you've done a great job selling the Govi card. I I've heard so many hundreds of testimonials on Wow, that there's just a buzz like people in the industry are talking again. The best weight lost product in the industry right now. I believe

So because of the growth, because of where we're headed, we're starting to do some things to make some changes always along the the the direction of how do we make things better for you? What can we do to help you be more successful. What can we do to make your business yourjob easier because we we just know everybody. Every one of you is fabulous. We love you. We we know that you're busy, that you have jobs that you have families, that you have responsibilities, and we'd like to fit this in in the margins of your life.
  • and then hopefully make this big enough and important enough at some point that the the margins of your life can cover all the other expenses, and then you can live a full life and do this on the side still, and so that would be our goal with govia as a e-commerce subscription company is something that is so powerful. That of course, you'll make time for it.
  • and then that made time. Becomes your free. Freeze up your time for everything else. We'd love for all of you to find some financial freedom, some financial oxygen, especially in this kind of scary season that we're entering in. I hope you realize that we bring fuel tablets that save people money and driving, we bring Wow! That helps people lose weight. We bring the Govi card and boost, and other products as we grow. And these products are all important for people's health for people's well being for all that.
  • But I hope what you realize that the business itself is a product, and the ability for somebody part time on the side to start a business, to start getting the tax benefits of owning their own business. To start creating a secondary income is hope.
  • It's a community.
  • It's a belief that they could do something that can change their circumstances, because so often our dreams start to shrink to the size of our cubicle or to the size of our paycheck, and we stop dreaming, and we stop believing, and especially in scary times, People like everything shrinks down. What we want to do is just give them both again a little bit of oxygen again, a little bit of belief again. And so along those lines I hope you realize that you are out there inspiring people
  • by stepping out and saying, i'm gonna be an entrepreneur. I'm gonna start my own business. I'm gonna create my own market share. I'm gonna create my own story. You people are watching you.
  • and you're giving them hope. and they're following you because of that hope of Mandal. That's crazy. That's not our business in this economy. That's great. Take me with you, don't leave me behind, you know. That's where I was 15 years ago. I didn't think I ever do this in industry, and a friend reached out to me, and I was so like fear of missing out fear of loss. I knew he was gonna do something. He wasn't super successful yet. But i'm like man. What if he does? I don't want to miss it. So realize that the business itself.
  • I think, is our best product. The fact that we have the strongest front end, the easiest return on investment, the easiest model to help people be profitable.
  • I'm a champion and a home based business to be successful in home based business. I think that is our strongest product. And so we're gonna do things. Anything that we can do to recognize and help people feel successful and and to recognize your efforts in starting your business. And then that's really where we're headed with this call today. And so in doing that some of the things internally that we're changing is officially. We have a new C. O. In the Company as of Monday.
  • We just promoted brandy green to be our C. O.
  • Really, she's been operating as that, probably for a few months. Now she's the one that keeps us organized keeps out all the projects moving forward that's handling the people, and is much more organized than Berke, me, or or Angel, and so she's the one that's been keeping us sort of on a on a steady course at Justin has been functioning as like a CTO coo. He's gonna continue to work within the company as our CTO. So he's still running the technology
  • for the company. But that should mean, if you have problems. If you have challenges, the people, management of this company is either going to run up through, you know, Burk or I, or through brandy. If there's some technical issues, then she can solve it within Justin. So hopefully. What we're doing is not many people are talking to Justin, but we're freeing up his time to get the important projects done that we need, and that's on the technical side. So congratulations, brandy. She's been amazing. She came in and just started helping. She didn't even have a job. She just starts showing up every day getting things done every day, and has really shown that she's super valuable super organized sheep super project-driven.
  • just awesome. So i'm very excited about that. Congratulations brandy, our new coo with that, and with that motto of let's make things better. Let's make things easier. We just thought we try something here coming into April. You guys might not like it might not be interesting to you, but just internally we thought we just just get rid of the sign up fee for promoters in the month of April, and so the $20 sign up Fee in April is going to be gone.
  • So go. Nuts go crazy. Go, sign up a 1 million people go. Prove to us that we're right. We can make up for it in volume, and we'll see what happens from there but for the month of April, Amongst other promotions that we may or may not have in April the whole month of April, there will be no sign up Fee. And so we're just trying to do things to make your life easier to make your life better to take away friction. And I've realized that that sign up fuse caused friction. So we've worked on some other ways to recover some of our our costs, and we're gonna see if it does what we think it's gonna do here in April. So go prove this right, and sign up a 1 million people in April, and then we'll have to figure out how to maintain that.
  • So really.
  • we're in the best space we've ever been. Sales are up. Product feedback is off the charts. Leaders are like. Wow! What's going on over there? How do I get in? Some really big leaders have joined our company recently, and a lot of really big leaders have been asking, coming.
  • looking at, and all eyes are on you because you are that good. You are that amazing something special in the water, and there's more coming. And so I'm going to turn the time over to Burke. Talk about some of the other things that are going that are so awesome.


  • All right, Lance. Well, I appreciate that again, Craig. Congratulations to brandy, as Lance said, One of the things you'll see, or you've seen probably recently, is, you know when we do an Lto. We actually have the documents, all the product information sheets, all that sort of stuff. It's already been translated. It's already been done. It's already been doing it. That's brandy and hunter and her team. And again I just congratulate her.
  • She's done a great job and continue will continue to do a great job. So along with that, as we have rolled out the nutritional line, a lot of you have been asking talking about it, and we. We've had kind of a retail model, but we haven't. Really it hasn't been a real effective retail model. So we have revamped the customer acquisition model for.
  • So if someone just wants to be a customer, and we've revamped that that'll be effective today. Also that the free sign up, we're not. All of these announcements will be effective today.
  • So the new customer rewards plan basically the way that'll work, and it's already. If you go to the back office and you look at the the
  • compensation. You know our rewards plan. It's already there. But basically the way that works when you sign someone up depending upon what their cv is what their order is. Half of that Cv. Will go into the tree.
  • and then 35%. There will be a 35% commission paid on the Cv.


  • So if you find someone up on a $99 pack and it's a subscription. Pack they half of that volume will go on a tree. You'll make 35% of the 70, which is $24 and 50 cents, and that will be ongoing. That's not just a one time thing every time my customer orders. If they are not a promoter, you will make that Customer commission.
  • So we've actually just put in the the
  • you know, a customer program, for we're bringing in a lot of people that are great at getting customers. So we revamp that we will also be rolling out the pow wow subscription. You know, we did that. We did the Pow as a Lto. We did that, and it to basically combine that with the while. So we have a full one kind of a weight loss. It's not necessarily a system, but it's a $99 pack that will be a subscription. It'll be available in the back office, and we're we're very excited about that. 
  • The next thing on the the list, the Gobi life rewards bonus. Okay.
  • we are going to change the name of the Gobi life reward bonus to champions bonus. The reason we're going to do that is, we're actually putting in some new ranks into the company, because we want to recognize. We want to celebrate. We want to incentivize those new ranks, so
  • the we'll have a 2 by 2 will be a bronze champion. A 3 by 3 will be a silver champion. A 4 by 4 will be a goal champion, and a 5 by 5 will be a platinum champion. And again we're going to put incentives, and we're going to be recognizing those as go bronze, silver, gold, and we're going to primarily be focusing on 2 by 2, 3 by 3, 4 by 4,
  • as you know, that's kind of the match to the compensation plan. If you can do your 3 by 3, 4 by 4, 5 by 5, the binary, and everything else takes care of itself. So we wanted to celebrate the the champions bonus. So we'll be doing that. A couple of other things that we have in the works we're very excited about is we are putting together a Scientific Advisory Advisory Board.

  • We have some doctors that are that are very interested in Gobi. They see the Wow product. They see the boost product. Is it's coming out, and they're going. Oh, my gosh! Can we be involved? And so you will see in the near future that we are adding additional people basically to our message that can help us with training that can help us with understanding the value and why these products work the way they work. And so, you know, as we grow again, we are. We're looking at the Scientific Advisory Board, and then the last and final thing.
  • And this came from our illustrious Ce CEO Lance is, we are going to start incentivizing with rewards within basically incentives for participating in our social media. You know, again, a lot of us, including me, have to learn to become better at social media. And so we're going to start incentivizing. You know, different things, engagements.
  • and and I'm. I'm. Probably the wrong person to be talking about that. But we've actually set up a budget to be to have weekly incentives to where people can participate. They can learn. We're going to set up some trainings where people can learn how to become more effective at it. Because again, you know as we do an Lto. And we see what happens. The ones that are effective in social media.
  • They send out a They send out a post, and they'll get 30, 40, 50 60 people hit him back and say, you know what I want the product. I want to do it. I want to do that. So you know we want to help, and we want our people. We want our promoters. We want you to be the best that you can be. We want you to grow. Personally, we want you to grow mentally.
  • physically, all those different things. We want you to be the best you can be. We want the best promoters, and we absolutely have the best promoters in the industry. The people that are coming, you know we feel blessed every single day, just to be blessed and honored to be working with all of you. And so guys get fired up. Get excited. Things are happening in goby. We are expanding. We are bringing people in on a corporate level basically to help us with the growth. Again, I'd like to congratulate my lovely wife brandy there isn't a more qualified person more dedicated person for the company and and the right person for the job to be doing what she's doing again. Kind of he keep us all going down the straight path. You know.
  • You know, Lance, you know myself, you know, Angel. Sometimes we're all over the map. One of us in particular is all over the world doing different things, doing a phenomenal job basically being the ambassador for Govi. So thank you all we appreciate you. You know, we've got the end of the month. Coming up, we extended the Lto. So we extended the Gobi cards until the end of the month. One of the reasons that we did. That is, again, we really really want to focus on the 2 by 2, 3 by 3, 4 by 4. The champions bonus go out, you know. Look, look in your organizations. Look at your people, look at your your structure. Let's go out and make an extra 2 to 4 or 5, 600 by the end of the month, just by filling in a few spots. So, guys, we love you, we appreciate you.
  • Let's go. Make April again. No sign up, Fee. That's free. All we got to do is introduce the products. They did what you got to do. Just try it so the day, or does it start on the first?
  • We're just giving it away, just giving it away. So guys go knock yourself. No, let's be the spokesperson. He just gives away money left, and right there you go

We might have some other promotions around that that come available here in the next week. So pay attention. You're gonna start seeing participation trophies. You know how your kids go and playing sports, and everybody gets a trophy as long as you participate in. So for media we're going to have participation trophies every week for those that engage, because we know those that engage see the best results. So, guys, we love you. Something to ponder my friends

 Something to ponder my friends

This is terrific insight for a networker..... “My dad has bees.🐝Today I went to his house and he showed me all of the honey he had gotten from the hives. He took the lid off of a 5 gallon bucket full of honey and on top of the honey there were 3 little bees, struggling. They were covered in sticky honey and drowning.

I asked him if we could help them and he said he was sure they wouldn't survive. Casualties of honey collection I suppose. I asked him again if we could at least get them out and kill them quickly, after all he was the one who taught me to put a suffering animal (or bug) out of its misery. He finally conceded and scooped the bees out of the bucket.

He put them in an empty Chobani yogurt container and put the plastic container outside. Because he had disrupted the hive with the earlier honey 🍯collection, there were bees flying all over outside. We put the 3 little bees in the container on a bench and left them to their fate. My dad called me out a little while later to show me what was happening. These three little bees were surrounded by all of their sisters (all of the bees are females) and they were cleaning the sticky nearly dead bees, helping them to get all of the honey off of their bodies.

We came back a short time later and there was only one little bee left in the container. She was still being tended to by her sisters. When it was time for me to leave we checked one last time and all three of the bees had been cleaned off enough to fly away and the container was empty. Those three little bees lived because they were surrounded by family and friends who would not give up on them, family and friends who refused to let them drown in their own stickiness and resolved to help until the last little bee could be set free. Bee Sisters. Bee Peers. Bee Teammates.

We could all learn a thing or two from these bees. 🐝Bee kind always. I did not write this, but love it & wanted to share it. GoVVi is about teamwork and "Family". We are, each of us, in Business FOR Ourselves but not BY ourselves ❤ RS

GOVVI FACTOIDS:


a. Some people experience 10%-20% improvement in gas mileage while others say they don't experience a clear benefit. What are the reasons for this discrepancy? There are several factors that have a bearing on a vehicle's fuel efficiency, such as numbers of stops and starts, time at stoplights, acceleration when changing lanes, wind, etc., so achieving a scientific apples-to-apples comparison is a little difficult. Some factors that play into fuel performance are the type of engine, as well as the quality of the fuel in the tank. The better the quality of the fuel, the less improvement in mileage you will see. The lower quality of the fuel used, the greater the improvement you will see. Some of our customers report increased power so they are able to drive up inclines faster than they could normally, but this does not translate to better fuel efficiency, rather it allows them to cover more uphill ground faster. Mechanical problems with your engine could also play a role in this. The most important thing is that most people will experience more savings than what they pay for the product, and then they will enjoy all the other benefits discussed here.

b. Have any tests been conducted in a controlled environment to determine the benefit of the GOVVI tablets? Since we market to many industrial customers, we have conducted hundreds of thousands of dollars of testing with primarily diesel engines, and these are carried out under stringent conditions by 3rd party labs. We have seen consistent savings of 3%-15%.

c. How do you recommend putting the GOVVI tablets in the tank if you have a double cap-less tank? One way is to insert the GOVVI tablet behind the flap, and then as soon as you insert the fuel nozzle, it will push the GOVVI tablet into the tank. You can carefully place the GOVVI tablet on the end of the fuel nozzle before inserting the nozzle into your tank.

d. How much of the GOVVI tablet should I use, and is it possible to use too much? You want to use one tablet per approximately 15 gallons, so it could be 13 or 17 gallons. We recommend that you do a double dose on your first tank full to get a cleaning of the engine, and thereafter one tablet per approximately 15 gallons. If you have a 25-gallon tank, you can use two tabs, in other words you cannot over-treat your tank and there is no harm in using a little more. However, there is no added benefit in using more tablets just to try and get more mileage.

e. Can the GOVVI tablets help with smog checks? We have heard several testimonials from customers who had older vehicles that had failed a smog check, but after running one tank on the GOVVI tablets, went back and passed. In some cases, the results came back showing zero emissions. This outcome means that the engine went from a failure to a zero in emissions. There is no guarantee that everyone can get through a smog check this way.

WHAT IS CETANE? Simply put, cetane is a chemical compound found naturally in diesel that ignites easily under pressure. Because of its high flammability, it serves as the industry standard for evaluating fuel combustion quality. Specifically, this measure is referred to as the cetane number. The higher the cetane number, the more easily the fuel can be ignited. This, of course, translates into a smoother running, better performing engine with more power and fewer harmful emissions. The higher the level of cetane, the better the functionality of the machine. Cetane value also relates to how well the diesel engine starts in cold temperatures. ‘GOVVI works perfectly.’

WHAT IS OCTANE? Octane is an organic molecule. It is an alkane of eight carbon atoms (C8H18). It contains several isomers of which the most important is trimethylpentane called isooctane. This is referenced as 100 on the octane scale. Octane or octane number is a measure of the quality and anti-knock capacity of a gasoline engine. A low octane level is equal to a premature detonation inside the chamber, which results in the piston being hit abruptly causing breakdowns such as rattles or chopping of connection rods. ‘GOVVI is the solution.’

Points of Interest: 1) This technology works under a primary reaction without side effects, meaning it avoids oxidative reactions in the primary reaction system. 2) An important environmental benefit is that carbon monoxide is considerably reduced, which helps reduce carbonization on the engine components. As a result the combustion chamber and attached elements, such as spark plugs, exhaust, valves, etc., are not carbonized. 3) In a similar chemical reaction, suspended particles such as nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, sulfur, nitrous oxides, and thus all the polluting gases, are greatly reduced as a byproduct of the combustion of fossil fuels when this GOVVI technology is used.
